Back to school, back to school

Welcome back! Congratulations on your ability to drag yourself out of bed and into school on time. I hope your break was filled with this:

Did nothing? PSH. How about stuffed my face with Christmas candy...that counts, right?

Today we overviewed semester craziness that is the spring (CAN'T WAIT FOR WWII) and gave you a chance to reflect on last semester's successes and potential areas to grow in. In the craziness of life, it is rare to have a moment to slow down to truly think about what we can improve on, so we hope that was beneficial for you today. Again, here's what we want you to think about as you begin a new semester...
  • Define success; what does success mean for you here at Jasper? What does success mean for you in Humanities class?
  • Describe a classroom environment that you feel would most help you to achieve your goals for this semester.
  • What would you like from us (your teachers) to help you be successful?
  • What are some of the habits and decisions from last semester that you feel were successful?
  • In what areas do you feel you are struggling in class? be specific
Can't wait for a fantastic semester, friends.
